FILM SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
Deadline to submit
projects is April 3, 2009
All projects must be original and submitted on
either
DVD or miniDV tape via
mail or in person to the library
All films will be no longer than 15 minutes
Films will not be returned but may be picked up
at the
library after June 5th
until June 30, 2009
All entries must be labeled with the category
group, title
of the project, director,
contact information
and running time
and accompanied with a
completed entry form with all
contact information
and project details as requested
along with
a
description of
project.
SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
All films will be reviewed; Projects must not
have
offensive content
All filmmakers who submit material for the
festival will
be
notified of their
acceptance by mid May
All decisions made by the library’s review board
will be
final
PERMISSION
In submitting projects, the filmmaker agrees
that the film is original and if selected, may be screened at
the festival and be used for publicity and promotional
purposes. The person signing the form is authorized to enter
the project in the Alfred Baumann Film Festival.
