Q: How do I get a Library Card??
A: Well, first you must meet the criteria.
- You must be a resident, employed, or in school in Woodland Park.
- You must have proof from a recognized source (ex. A driver's license, a utility bill, student ID, pay stub, etc.)
- You must be in or beyond the ninth grade, or have a parent or guardian (with identification) present to sign for your card.
After you are sure you have met the criteria, stop in anytime during our regular operating hours, come to the circulation desk, and we will be pleased to present you with your Library Card!!
Registration online is no longer available due to NJ State Budget cuts.
Q: How long may I borrow an item for?
A: You may borrow;

Books and other materials for 21 Days

DVDs for 7 Days
Q: How many items may I have checked out at a time?
A: You may have a total of 75 items checked out at any given time. You may also place up to ten holds at a time.
Q: What are the fines for overdue items?
A: The fine for an overdue item is 10 cents per day, per item. The late fee for a DVD is $1.00 per day, per DVD.
Note: If a user's fines exceed $5.00, the user will be blocked until the items are returned, and all fines are paid for.
Q: How may I renew an item? Items may be renewed if no one is waiting for the material. Items may be renewed two (2) times.
