Computer Classes:
Introduction to the Computers
Learn how to control the
mouse, search the internet, set-up and use e-mail and copy-paste-insert text
and pictures.
Intermediate
Class
-
The major focus of this class will be--
Microsoft Word. This
program is designed to allow you to write and edit a wide variety of
documents. Learn how to
format, save documents,
create folders, create envelopes and labels and design announcements.
Advanced Class
-
This class will focus on a variety of programs, Each class will be able to
select from Excel,
PowerPoint, Publisher.
Excel is a data management program with a lot of flexibility. PowerPoint is
a presentation tool to
create slides and
interest in any program. Publisher is used to create newsletters, business
cards, flyers, invitations,
and greeting cards.
A flash or travel drive will be needed for these classes.
Please call or visit the library to register for computer classes. Please be sure to bring your valid library card in order to participate in classes.
